The JOC is a web based social organization, hangout, and meeting place for men who appreciate short military-style haircuts and haircutting.  

We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, nationality, sexual orientation, or military status. And as a general policy we do not ask recruits about these issues! 

The J.O.C is non-political and we are dedicated to bringing our members the finest in short haircuts and haircutting entertainment.
