Clipper parties are for guys that are really into haircuts. If you have a passion for short haircuts then you should really attend a clipper party to meet other guys like yourself.
Basically, a bunch of guys get together with clippers, shaving cream, etc. Sometimes members organize and host their own parties with guys in their area.
The JOC has club-wide parties in various locations around the US. There are different kinds of clipper parties. Some are just haircutting, but at some parties guys get more than a haircut. Total head shaves are not uncommon, and that's why The JOC motto is:
"The Few The Proud, The Hairless!"
