Installs on the Oster76ers beautifully, The hose can be ordered from Wahl or your favorite supplier.  With a slight modification, you can use them on you Turbo 111 (Dremel Tool, or other bit sander required).

Installation INSTRUCTIONS 

Remove screws from metal plate on clipper (DO NOT REMOVE METAL PLATE). Install the vacuum attachment to your clipper using screwsprovided.

Can be used with any vacuum!
